Australia

The COPA America in 1999 made history. Not because of the low number of entries that year. But because for the first time a non-American team was part of the competition. The participation in the competition was so low that Uruguay sent their youth team. This year Australia is making history with their first appearance in Copa America.

Qatar

Qatar is coming into the Copa America as the second international wirldcard alongside Australia. That being said - Qatar is definately not the underdog in this tournament. As a summary: they scored a record 19 goals, provided the best goalkeeper, player and highest goalscorer of the Asian Cup 2019. That alongside crushing Japan in the final 3 - 1, while conceeding in a single game! However, the question everyone is asking - will their momentum be enough to exit a very tricky group stage?
