Serie A is the Italian highest division in Italian football and it is also known as Serie A TIM. Organized by LNP (Lega Nazionale Professionisti) since 1946, this first division competition started to celebrate in the season 1929-1930. The competitions consist of 20 teams and it is considered one of the best soccer leagues in the world. The season runs from September to May. When the season ends, the winner of this league is allowed to play with a ‘scudetto’ (little shield) on their shirts the next season. The three lowest scored teams are relegated to Serie B. The top-4 teams in the table are eligible to participate in the UEFA Champions League group phase. The fifth and the sixth will access to the group phase for the UEFA Europa League.

Serie B is the second-highest division and it is also known as Serie BKT. A total of 22 teams competes there and, at the end of the season, only the top-3 teams are promoted to first division or Serie A. The four lowest scored teams in the table are relegated to Serie C. And, the ones that are listed as 18 and 19, will play the play-off to continue in Serie B.

Lega Pro is the third-highest football division in Italy. The third and fourth division (Lega Pro Prima Division and Lega Pro Segunda Division) fused in 2014 to the Lega Pro as it is now. There are three poules, with a total of 20 teams.
Coppa Italia(ID: 317)-
In this cup, Serie A, Serie B, Serie C and Serie D teams are participating. Currently, it is also known as TIM Cup. It is a tournament with a knock-out method, which contains a total of eight rounds in the competition. The winner will be able to participate in the UEFA Europa League. Besides that, the winner also will play the Supercup of Italy (Supercoppa) against the winner of the Lega Serie A.
Super Cup(ID: 336)-
It consists of a match between the Lega Serie A’s winner and the Cup of Italy winner. It was celebrated for the first time in 1988.
